Use of chemical intermediates Ethylene glycol methyl ether can be used as an organic synthetic intermediate for various oils, lignin, cellulose acetate, alcohol-soluble dyes, inks and synthetic resins, as well as dispersants of pesticides, leather treatment agents, plasticizers and lighteners. 3. Use of dyeing auxiliaries Ethylene glycol methyl ether can be used as dyeing auxiliaries, penetrants and levelling agents in printing and dyeing industry and textile industry. 4. Use of diluent Ethylene glycol methyl ether can be used as diluent for nitrocellulose paint, varnish, enamel paint, coating and adhesive products. 5.
